RULES FOR WINNING THE PONO TENOR UKULELE Rule #1: Forget most of what Uke says on the videos. Rule # 2: Leave as many comments as you like Rule #3: Each comment will be assigned a number in the order it is left. An online electronic drawing will choose a number between 1 and the highest (combined) number, as of 10 am November 28. In other words, if 10,000 comments are left on the "Ukulele Land" video, and 9,999 comments are left on "I Wanna Be A Drug", the numbering will start with #1 for the first comment on "Ukulele Land" and the number 19,999 will be assigned to the last comment on "I Wanna Be A Drug" regardless of the date and/or time at which the last comment is left on "I Wanna Be A Drug". Rule #4: If you leave a nasty or negative comment, your comment will be disqualified and the previous comment will win. Decision of the judges is final regarding what constitutes a negative or nasty comment Rule #5: You may leave comments on both videos Rule # 6 "Ukulele Land" will be released on YouTube.com on October 1, 2008 Rule #7 "I Wanna Be A Drug" will be released on YouTube.com on November 1 Rule #8: The drawing will take place on Friday November 28. Any comment left after 10 am on that date will not be included in the drawing. Rule #9: The winner will be notified thru her/his YouTube.com account. Rule # 10: We will ship the ukulele to the winner anywhere on the planet. Rule # 11: We are not responsible if the ukulele is lost or damaged during shipping. We will insure the ukulele and make an attempt to ship a new ukulele, in the unfortunate event the first one is damaged in transit. Rule # 12: The prize is NOT redeemable for cash, or exchange. Rule # 13: The producers will make every effort to post a video announcing the winner, on YouTube.com, on December 1, 2008 Rule: # 14: Decision of the judges and producers is final. If necessary, the producersmay substitute another ukulele of similar value Rule # 15: The winner is responsible for any taxes or customs charges in the event the winner lives outside the United States.
